What defines you?

Aloha reader,




Eminem says, “Never allow yourself to be defined by someone else’s opinion of you.”
Likewise, C. Kennedy says, “Don't judge yourself by what others did to you.”
But Internet says, “The correct answer to "what defines a person" is “NOTHING”. There is no correct definition of a human being -- human being "transcends definitions".”
I fully support to what Eminem and C. Kennedy are trying to tell us, besides what Internet conveying is not fully rational.

I am saying, neither your past defines you nor your good manners.
Good manners can be superficial or faked for a time being to impress people or society, whereas past is something you would always think and will never want to talk about. Past means something no longer existent but refusing to abandon us, past is like a teacher who will guide you on where to move ahead and when to stop.

 It’s okay!! Everybody has done some doltish mistakes in the past, but those mistakes can’t cease you. It’s fine, if you did trust generously to someone who pretended to be like honest and sober but in real he was just a perfidious, or your future plans didn’t work out. It’s alright if you have given up on something which was toxic for you. Even if something had damaged your fragile soul don’t give the power to those pessimistic feelings to overpower your tiny optimistic inner voice.
All these incidents are an example of successful vanquishment on your gloominess…

The truth is you will always find people with their colorful past.
Each color has it’s own meaning like As Black as gloominess, while Grey describes some chaos where people can’t justify how much is truth and how much is a lie, as red as anger or unforgivable past, yellow, green or, orange. All these colors suggests as optimistic, cheerful, positive and happy times. Always remember “Past” the word itself says that Gone by in time, so there is no meaning to waste your time in rethinking or reevaluating the results because you cannot change that and it is worthless too.

As I said earlier, what defines you is your inherent mentality / thinking, quality of being unprejudiced, and choices you have made.
Here, Batman (Bruce Wayne) also wants to remind you; It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.”

In sum – up,
 Seize the day! Be yourself, do what you always love to do, do not stress yourself because of others but be always there in doing something good for others and don’t blow your time in judging someone because ‘Beauty is only skin deep.’
Moreover, it’s never too late to change your life, or to dream a new dream…

Seasonal love or seasoned in love.

C. S. Lewis says, “Love is not affectionate feeling but a steady wish for the loved person’s ultimate good as far as it can be obtained”
Emily BrontΓ« says, “If all else perished, and he remained, I should still continue to be; and if all else remained, and he were annihilated, the universe would turn to a mighty stranger.” 

 Every author, poet has portrayed love in their very own way. Today I’m also going to share what love means to me, how I pursue the concept of love.

Love starts from our own house, where we learn from our parents that how to love someone unconditionally, selflessly, and devotedly. From where we learn that not every big and expensive things and gifts needed to be happy, they taught us that respect, loyalty and trust are the main roots of true love. We learnt to make sacrifices, priorities, and should have faith in one another.
 Love is something which helps you in rising up and not falling down, which makes you not coward but more venturesome, which leads you towards freedom and not confine you. In short love should be your strength or passion not your weakness or frailty.

I believe love is not seasonal; it remains with us lasts forever. It’s like the scent of that particular blossom which stays with us forever and doesn’t fade away with time.

Love is not for a season but in love there are all seasons.

First is winter, which means White lips pale face breathing in snowflakes. 
Winter is for those big comfy warm hugs, snowy frigid long night with hot cocoa and pleasant conversations. To make new vows, plans to give delight and lovely surprises to each other, and love the idea about spending future together...

Now comes spring, which adds new life and new beauty to love.
Spring leads us towards blooming, love comes alive in an evolve form. Everything turns into beautiful; everywhere you see springtide of celebration of love. Same old eye, same old world but the difference is spring of love which changes your vision towards what is in front of you.

The tans will fade but the memories will last forever. Yes, it’s time for summer.
Summer mostly comes with innocent & sour bitter fights, tiny childish moody talks. Sometimes we eagerly wait for their valid reply but then have to adjust ourselves with non reasonable answers, then we feel a bit wabbit and tired about this relation and out of nowhere a bleep comes with a long cute message saying sorry and which makes us more precious and naive at the same time. However, that message leads us into those adorable bubbly flashbacks…

Monsoon says; Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain.
It is famous for cosy romance; it helps you to put more efforts in your bond, in your love. Those evening drizzled walks filled with chuclesome but absence of umbrella, puerile argument which turns into humour. Having food from each other’s plate, those cute good morning - night messages, those sudden long drives on damp road. Some fatuous quarrels which leads you to think it’s end, although it turns out that it’s not an End but, it’s just another Bend in voyage of love…

The thing is time shows us what is important in our life; these seasons reflect our patience, dedication, and involvement towards love.
Love means,
L – Listen to each other
O – Open your heart
V – Value your union
E – Express your trust
Somehow, again winter will come and again summer will follow; though the seasons change true love still stays the same.

So, love truly and selflessly, because true love never fades away.

Family friends or Friendly family

Single line, this single line explain it all and it’s true too. We do spend, share, and spread our love with those who are close to us, who are meant like family to us. These people are like your shadow, you don’t have to ask them for their support, incentivize, love or unwanted advice; they are always ready to embrace you in their big warm and cozy hug, and with this act of movement they heal you from tip to toe, from inside to outside.
 Your home is not home until it is filled with laughter, care, sacrifices, respect, love, sarcasm, and satisfaction. Sometimes I feel it’s a museum, where every unique identity is merging with one another as one with the acceptance of  their flaws and pristine qualities.
 No matter wherever you go, whatever you eat, whomsoever you meet in the end you will find your peace, love and comfort zone with your people only.
 That cozy bed of yours where you are tangled with your pet, the simple supper made by your mom, those gossip or arguments you start with your siblings or dad, these are the peace factor of your life, the paradise where you can be you by doing nothing and still you’ll be loved by them.
Family is not just about blood relations, it’s about friends too.

 I believe loving family is a gift which you got from the god, but true-hearted friends are the Christmas bonus of yours.
Somewhere F.R.I.E.N.D.S will always be the source of our legendary friendships. :D
We all do have some resemblance friends like- strict Monica, ingenious Ross, vogue Rachel, sarcastic Chandler, crazy Phoebe, and foodie Joey in our life.
If a friendship lasts longer than 7 years, psychology says it will last a lifetime. So, Like this they lived happily ever after till the last episode of the endmost season…

 Jim Carrey says“ I think everybody should get rich and famous and do everything they ever dreamed of so they can see that it's not the answer.” 
I do believe it’s a fair statement, ‘Cause root cause of our dreams and desire will be always our family. We don’t need two words Friends and Family…
Both are secretly lies in one word “FAMILY”. It’s a relationship where your innocence and art of insulting both emerge simultaneously, and still nobody feels offended. That’s the magic…

Health and food

As Julia Child says, “You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces – just good food from fresh ingredients.”

When we talk about health, it doesn’t mean we are talking about diet… we are talking about consuming good food on daily basis, because Good food and healthy life goes hand in hand and live happily ever after.
 And a healthy diet doesn't require a lot of money or magic pills or subsisting on any kind of scheme or harsh restricted diet plan that sounds like an awful gimmick. Because it's true what they say about what seems too good to be true: Eating well means listening to that little voice inside that knows what healthy foods generally look like – fresh and recognizable in nature – and what they don't – prepackaged, processed and junk food.
 But if you want a plan that works for the long run, you'll need a lifestyle you can live with and like. That means a diet custom that's nutritious and delicious, but one that will take a bit of planning and commitment from you. ‘Cause eating better get easier when, “I can’t have that turns into I don’t want that.”
 So while staying lean is a big part of good health, weight lost doesn't always equal health gained. That new diet that took inches off your waistline could be harming your health if it locks out or severely restricts whole food category, relies on supplements with little scientific backing or clamps down on calories to an extreme.
Nowadays people are so desperate to lose their weight that it's really weight loss at any cost. And when that desperation sets in, normal thinking goes out the window. Who cares how witless or unhealthy a recommendation sounds to us? Heaviness is coming off, that makes us happy. But our body might not be. And that approach always guarantees weight regain, because there is no diet that will do what eating healthy does. So skip the diet and just eat healthy.
I can simply encourage you towards 7 simple steps for being healthy.
1.  First always do love yourself…  No matter how chubby or slender you are.
2. Surround yourself with positive, supportive and affectionate people and thoughts.
3. Have some self control on NOT to eat CRAP FOOD.
4. Keep good food in your fridge, so you will eat good food.
5.  Have a good night sleep.
6. Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day.
7. Exercise regularly.
  AVOID:
“Buts”
“I can’t do it.”
“It’s too hard for me.”
“I am too tired now.”
“I’ll do it tomorrow.”
And mainly Ignore the haters, doubters & unhealthy examples that were once feeding you, YOU are worth more than you realize.
Let’s talk about food now… Shall we?
“The food you eat can be either the safest & most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” It has been said by – Ann Wigmore.
You have to obey simply two things.
1. Eat less CRAP
 C- Carbonated drinks
 R – Refined sugar
 A – Artificial sweeteners & colours
 P – Processed foods
2. Eat more FOOD
 F – Fruits & veggies
 O – Organic lean proteins
 O – Omega 3 fatty acids
 D – Drink water
Because, it’s no longer about “Skinny”, now it’s about “Being Healthy”.
 So in precis;
 do not let yourself to be miserable about everything, because sometimes good things take time. And remember your present situation is not your last state, soon it will turn out into something way beautiful, something more worth… Till then keep trying….
And remember, “7 days without fruits and vegetables makes one “WEAK”.”

Like I always say, Life is like your Pizza, choose your luscious toppings wisely… <3
